Clayton D. Hall
Clayton is a founding partner of JHR Pensions and works from the firm’s office in Columbus, Ohio. Clayton earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. He has been a practicing attorney for 20 years with a primary focus in individual estate and retirement planning.
Clayton is a resident of Upper Arlington, Ohio where he lives with his wife and their three sons. After many years of coaching youth sports, he now spends most of his time in the stands watching his boys play for their respective schools. Clayton enjoys time playing golf and being with his family. He has served on the board of Columbus State Community College, Eden’s Hope Foundation and Upper Arlington Special Olympics. He currently serves on the boards of the UAHS Baseball Booster Club and UA Bear Cub Baseball.
Michael McCallum
Based remotely in Kokomo, IN, Michael McCallum joined JHR Pensions in June 2025 as a Senior Plan Administrator. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the industry, with an emphasis on all aspects of defined contribution plans and defined benefit plans, including Cash Balance Plans. Michael earned double Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph’s College in Collegeville, Indiana. Michael maintains the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designations through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
Michael resides in Kokomo, Indiana with his wife and four children where they are members of Northview Church. Michael’s hobbies include cooking, golf, the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Ronald E. Felty II
Ron Felty has been working in the retirement plan industry, in various capacities, since 2000. Ron’s main focus is sales, implementation, and maintaining current plans Ron helps in the sale and implementation of all types of qualified retirement plans, ranging from 401(k) safe harbor plans to cash balance defined benefit plans and everything in between.

Ron and his wife Angie live on the far west side of Indianapolis. Ron and Angie enjoy country living. Ron has 4 children (McClain, Sutton, Stone, and McCall) and 3 grandchildren. Ron and his family are active in their local church and Ron enjoys hanging out with family (especially the grandkids), reading, fishing, hunting, gardening with his wife and learning more about homesteading.
